Terms and Conditions

By booking a session or using my website danistoker.com you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Information

Dani Stoker Photography provides professional photography services including newborn, cake smash, maternity, and family photography.

All bookings, sales, and services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time.

• No session will be confirmed until the booking fee is received.

• Session dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at our discretion and as long as the session is not cancelled on the day itself or you are a no show. 

• In the event of illness, as understandable this happens a lot with babies and young children, please contact us as soon as possible — we are happy to rearrange.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Session Details and Conduct

• Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.

• For cake smash sessions, cakes are not provided by us to avoid any allergies. 

• We reserve the right to terminate a session if client behavior poses a risk to safety, property, or equipment.

5. Image Rights and Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of Dani Stoker Photography. 

• Clients are granted personal use rights only — you may print, share, and display images for personal and family use.

• Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

• We may use selected images for promotional purposes (website, social media, print marketing, competitions, etc.) Your permission will be asked for during your session before any images are shared. 

6. Image Delivery and Editing

• We aim to deliver edited images within 2/3 weeks of your session. Weddings will be 8/10 weeks. 

• All images are edited in our signature style. Requests for additional or heavy retouching may incur an extra charge.

• RAW or unedited files are not available for viewing or purchase.

7. Online Galleries and Digital Files

• Digital galleries remain available for 2 months from the delivery date. Mini sessions galleries will expire after 2 weeks. 

• Please ensure you download and back up your images promptly. We are not responsible for lost files after the gallery or download link expires.

8. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We take every care to ensure your safety and satisfaction during your session.

• In the unlikely event of data loss, camera failure, or other unforeseen issue, our liability is limited to the refund of session fees paid.

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage occurring during a photo session.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) only for booking and communication purposes.

Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
